By accessing or using the 3DRise platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and [YOUR NAME], registered as an Israeli sole proprietor (עוסק מורשה), business number [BUSINESS NUMBER]("3DRise", "we", "us", or "our").
3DRise provides a platform for creating, purchasing, and managing 3D content. The Service includes:
To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
Minors using the Service must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for the minor's use of the Service and any charges incurred.
All purchases and billing are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy. Payment data is collected and processed solely by Paddle — 3DRise does not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prices are listed in USD (or as shown at checkout) and may be subject to local taxes where applicable. Paddle is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes.
Your Content: You retain ownership of any 3D assets, scenes, and content you create or upload to the Service. By uploading content to the marketplace, you grant 3DRise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform.
Platform Content: The 3DRise platform, including its software, interface, brand, and any content created by us, is owned by 3DRise and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchased Assets: When you purchase a 3D asset or scene, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that asset as specified in the individual asset's license terms. Resale or redistribution of purchased assets is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
AI-Generated Content: Content generated using AI features may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Stability AI). You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with those terms and applicable law.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies at our sole discretion.
AI-powered features on 3DRise are provided through third-party APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Stability AI. When you use AI features, your inputs (prompts, text, images) may be transmitted to these providers for processing. Each provider's own terms of service and data policies apply. We do not use your AI inputs to train our own models. AI credits are consumed upon generation and are non-refundable once used, as they represent compute resources already consumed on your behalf.
Cloud storage is provided as part of your subscription or plan. We take reasonable measures to maintain the availability and integrity of stored data, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important files. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, 3DRise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel. For EU/EEA users, mandatory consumer protection rights under local law are not affected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
