3DRise·Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Last updated: April 2026

1. Overview

3DRise is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This policy applies to all purchases made through the 3DRise platform, processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. All refund requests are handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), including Chapter 1c (Distance Selling — Sections 14a–14h).

2. 14-Day Cancellation Right (Israeli Consumer Protection Law)

Under Israeli Consumer Protection Law §14c, you have the right to cancel a distance purchase (made online) within 14 calendar days from the date of the transaction or the date you received written confirmation of the transaction (whichever is later), without providing any reason, subject to the exclusions in Section 4 below.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at [CONTACT EMAIL] within the 14-day window with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and include your order ID and account email.

If you are an EU consumer, similar cooling-off rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) also apply.

3. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the current billing period, unless you cancel within the 14-day window described in Section 2.

If you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not substantially used the subscription benefits (e.g., downloaded a large volume of assets or consumed significant AI credits), you are entitled to a full refund.

Renewal charges: If your subscription renews automatically and you did not intend to renew, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge for a refund consideration. We will assess these on a case-by-case basis.

4. Exclusions — When Refunds Are Not Available

In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law §14c(d) and standard digital goods practices, the following are non-refundable:

  • Downloaded digital assets: 3D scenes or assets that have been downloaded or accessed. Once a digital file is delivered, the purchase cannot be reversed.
  • Consumed AI credits: AI usage credits that have been spent on generating content. These represent compute resources already used on your behalf and cannot be refunded.
  • Used cloud storage: Storage fees for periods during which data was actively stored and accessible to you.
  • Subscription periods already fully utilized: If you have actively used a subscription for the full billing period and are requesting a refund after the period ends.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at [CONTACT EMAIL] with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your account email, order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email), and the reason for the request.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Note: Because Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, all refund transactions are processed through Paddle. In some cases, Paddle may contact you directly to complete the refund process.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and directly whenever possible.
